Our Story
What began as a simple moment at a baby shower blossomed into a beautiful and profound connection between Emma and Arnold. Emma’s quiet, shyness and natural beauty immediately captured Arnold’s attention, but it was his willingness to embrace her unique circumstances that truly sparked their connection and bonding. Taking the initiative, Arnold asked for Emma’s phone number and reached out the very next day, beginning a journey that would change both their lives.
When Emma asked Arnold a pivotal question about dating someone with a child, his positive and accepting response laid the foundation for their relationship. It was proof of the importance of understanding and embracing each other’s lives as they are. Over time, Emma and Arnold built not just a deep connection, but a family together, navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood as a team.
After 15 wonderful years together, their journey has been one of growth—both as individuals and as a couple. Relationships require effort, commitment, a shared vision, mutual understanding, communication and shared experiences. Emma and Arnold have nurtured a love that has endured.
Now, after all these years, they have chosen to sacramentalize their union and embrace the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. Together, they thank God for His countless blessings, for guiding them through life’s journey, and for keeping them united all these years. They humbly pray that God will continue to reign over their union and their home. Amen.

Hello, I was introduced to the bride (Emma) sometime back in 2011. She was introduced to me as a big sister, and since then, she has been that big sister I ever wanted in the United States. Emma is very gentle, and she has a sweet soul, she is always the first to reach out to help. She will yell at me in the back and applaud me in gatherings. She celebrates my wins and is always there to cheer me up when I am down. I love you, Emma. Enjoy your special day.

I met Emma through my cousin Simeon, and over time, we formed a bond I deeply cherish. Her kindness, warmth, and incredible sense of humor quickly made her one of the closest friends I’ve gained since moving to Minnesota. Her family welcomed me with open arms, and it’s been such a joy spending time with the kids, especially since my own nieces and nephews live far away. Emma, thank you for your friendship and for letting me share in this beautiful chapter of your life. I’m so grateful to celebrate this special day with you!

I’m thrilled to share in the fairytale of my dear friend turned sister of about 15 years. I was introduced to Emma by her husband Arnold who was my great friend. Emma and I clicked right away, quickly became very close and the rest is history. Some of my fondest memories with Emma involve doing everything together; cooking, hairstyling, vibing, laughing, crying, and even breathing haha. Emma is very kind, mindful, thoughtful and above all very resilient. I truly believe Emma and Arnold are a match made in heaven! I wish you both love, peace, endless joy and eternity!

Emma and I crossed paths back in 2008 and the rest became history. We were lovingly known as the adopted daughters of the Rih-Reh’s, sharing countless unforgettable memories while living under the same roof. From supporting each other through life’s challenges to celebrating milestones. our bond grew stronger with every shared laugh, tears, adventures and triumph. Emma and Arnold have always been inseparable: witnessing their journey from boyfriend and girlfriend to husband and wife, and now parents to three beautiful children has been nothing short of inspiring.
Emma, thank you for being not just a friend but a sister. Your kind heart, infectious laugh, and unwavering loyalty makes you an extraordinary person. I am deeply honored to be standing by your side on your wedding day. May the Lord continue to guide your journey together, filling your hearts and home with peace, love, and harmony.

To my beautiful bride-to-be, Words can't express my gratitude to you, my dear sister friend. From our first meeting, I knew we were meant to share both joy and life's challenges. You've been my constant support, always there with love and understanding. Today, I feel honored to stand by your side, not just as a bridesmaid but as a sister celebrating your special day. I am filled with joy and pride as you walk down the aisle to receive love and blessings. You've been more than a best friend; you've been my sister. I love you dearly.

I met Arnold years ago at a wake keeping event, where he played drums with a "big afro", giving off serious FOB vibes. I later met Emma through a mutual friend; she was quiet, and welcoming.
Over the years, we’ve shared laughter, tears, and unforgettable experiences, supporting each other through life's ups and downs. From hangouts to family gatherings, it’s been a joy being part of your journey.
Arnold and Emma, as you unite before God, may your lives be filled with blessings, and may your love grow deeper for each other with each passing year.
Cheers!

I’ve known (Aunty) Emma for over 16 years as we lived together for a large portion of my childhood. She is my auntie, but also a mother figure and an elder sister.
Aunty Emma diligently and so compassionately took care of me. she did my hair and got me ready for school. I remember when she had her first daughter, Chanel, it was so exciting for us all. I always loved every opportunity to babysit and to this day, Channel and Byrdie still spend several weekends at our house, which is always fun.
Aunty Emma and her family has always been a huge part of my life and it’s truly a blessing to be a part of hers.
Congratulations to aunty Emma & Uncle Arnold.

Arnold, you've been a great friend to me over the years and more like a brother. I admire your Resilience, Consistency and Intentionality. You're one of the most level-headed and determined men I know.
You’ve really surpassed and out done yourself over the years and the results and evidence are very visible. You couldn’t have achieved all these without a strong support system like that of Emma. I pray God grant you a very healthy marriage .
Thank you for giving me the honor to be one of your grooms men and I hope that some day I’ll be asking you to return the same honor to me. Let's face it, I've got even fewer friends than you. Congratulations and happy Married life bro!

Anorld and I first met in 2000 at Bishop Rogan College and reconnected in Minnesota in 2015. Over the years, we have supported and encouraged each other’s dreams, building a strong bond rooted in honesty and trust. A loyal confidant and logical thinker, Arnold has been instrumental in my life, and I fondly recall predicting during a difficult time that he would one day become my “rich friend” — a prediction he fulfilled. His dedication to empowering the community and inspiring others is truly commendable, and I deeply value our enduring friendship. Wonderful father, friend, and now officially making the title “Husband”. I wish you and your queen a happy and lovely future in your married life.

Simeon
Over the years, Arnold has been a true brother to me, always there, always real, and would always point out where I can grow. His honesty and love have left a mark in my life, and I’m honored to stand by him on his "big day". I am wishing you and your bride endless joy, my brother!

Toast to Arnold "Kubebs kubebs" as I fondly call you. Congratulations my man. "Today na for you and Emma". "Make we go down memory lane small and see how far and long we have come". I remember us - yourself, Jervis, Wado and myself as little boys in Small Soppo. Our lives were filled with Mojoko farm, Football. Small Soppo market and Sunday Mass. Even at that age, your hard work, determination and "strong head" was clear for all to see. Who could have imagined what we considered suffering at the time was a mold to your outstanding foundation to success and humanity. When you traveled, we thought the bond had come to an end. Your heart of gold and compassion has held the bond as strong as ever. You never let go of your past and foundation even after you traveled OR is it when you met Emma, and she reminded you to keep in touch with family (lol)…. We may never know. What we do know for sure today is that most people present at your wedding today can bear testament of your generosity, compassion and kindness. Thank you for holding the bond strong even when life’s blow hit hard. Thank you for being a true brother in words and action. This is how I know, your family is blessed to have you as a husband and a dad. Cheers to your wonderful family.

Julius
I have known Arnold and Emma for more than 15 years now, and we have shared countless experiences together. From happy moments that brought us laughter and joy, to tough times that brought us closer, we have been through it all with them. But one thing that has always stood out to me about Arnold and Emma is their unwavering support and dedication to each other. They truly are each other's ride or die. It's incredible to see how far they have come, from humble beginnings to achieving so much by simply believing in each other. Their love and bond inspire me every day.
